It was too smoky outside so our photos were taken in the gym.

We finished our season last night. Maddeck was disappointed that it was over because he had so much fun playing. He improved very much throughout our short season in his understanding of the game and field position. His greatest strength is defense. He stopped the other team from scoring so many times. His weakness is offense. He only took a couple of shots on the goal this season and generally would hang back on the field to protect his own goal. It was a great first season for him. The best part is the joy he had playing. I loved watching him play and how he would cheer on his teammates on the field. It was awesome and definitely another one of the joys of being a parent (and a coach).
