Seattle Weekend

We were able to make a trip to Seattle to visit friends and celebrate Tim's birthday.  On Saturday we woke up early and made our way over the mountains.  The boys spent the entire day with Cindi, Chris, Keri, and Adam.  Kyle and I went into downtown and spent the entire day with Andy and Amy.  They were our best friends while at Multnomah and we still try and see them twice a year.  Although, we hadn't seen them in a year and half this time which was way too long.  We enjoyed brunch at Cafe Campangne and walked around the market and to the sculpture park.  We walked the waterfront and sat a coffee shop and talked for a long time.  We did a little shopping and ended the night with a fabulous meal at The Wild Ginger.  After dinner we drove back out to Fall City in time to finish movie night with the boys and tuck them into bed.

Hahaha

The mango mimosas were delicious!

Sunday morning we went to church at Crossroads Bible Church in Bellevue and worshiped with Brian, Laura, Elisa, Nathan, and Jordan and the boys were able to see their cousins for few minutes.  We drove to Federal Way afterwards and had a very belated Christmas with Tim and Karen.  Next we were off to the Tacoma Children's Museum.  Steve, Jesica, Riley, Keri, and Adam met us there.  The boys had fun playing and exploring.  Afterwards we went back to the Strongs to celebrate Tim's Birthday with everyone, including  Grandma Norma.  We were all wiped out and tired so we got the boys ready for sleep and headed for home.

Happy Birthday dear Tim, Dad, Grandpa, Son, Husband ... Happy Birthday to you!
